PDS and Application Form

You must read this important notice before you attempt to access the electronic version of the product disclosure statement (PDS) for the Capricorn Diversified Investment Fund (Fund) ARSN 139 774 646 on this website. You must acknowledge your agreement or otherwise at the bottom of this notice. If you agree to these terms and conditions you will be given access to the electronic PDS.

The PDS relates to the offer of units in the Fund by Capricorn Investment Partners Limited ACN 095 998 771, AFSL No. 237435 as responsible entity of the Fund. Paper copies of the PDS, including the accompanying application form, are available free of charge during the offer period by calling Capricorn Investment Partners Limited on 1800 679 000.

Units in the Fund will only be issued on receipt of an application form that will accompany the PDS. Units in the Fund are not being offered on the basis of the electronic PDS displayed on this website.

A person should consider the PDS in deciding whether to acquire, or continue to hold, a unit in the Fund.

The PDS does not constitute an offer or invitation in any place where, or to any person to whom, it would not be lawful to make such an offer or invitation.
